Sequel was tapped for architecture and interior design at the second location for this Des Moines diner staple – we leaned in to the bright teal and pink with pops of black motif from the original location, while leveling up the materials and diner vibe. One of the things that makes this project so meaningful is the impact it has had on the surrounding Highland Park / Oak Park business district, now teeming with pedestrians who stop in for a bite and then head to one of the nearby businesses for a curated shopping experience.
