Origin
Sequel Architecture & Interiors was launched by Steve Wilke-Shapiro in 2020 at pivotal time when homes suddenly became the center of daily life, both personally and professionally. In a time of reflection, Steve recognized a unique opportunity to guide clients in making thoughtful decisions to revalue how their spaces should serve and inspire them.
Early Growth
We quickly realized that our unique combination of construction expertise, design sense, and client-centered process translated well across the board.
We now leverage expertise to help clients navigate through a broad range of project types: homes, historic rehabilitations, restaurants, office, retail, community planning, religious, new construction, and entertainment… plus the occasional super-unique project that most other firms don’t have the process or expertise to tackle.
