We are experts in historic renovation, rehabilitation, restoration, and adaptive reuse of historic buildings. Sequel staff have participated in more than 70 successful Historic Tax Credit projects. Sequel’s owner/architect serves on the City of Des Moines Urban Design Review Board in the Historic Architect seat and is past president of Preservation Iowa, Iowa’s statewide historic preservation organization.
