Sequel designed this whole-house rehabilitation from the basement up to celebrate its original character… while also fixing all the “infrastructure” issues caused by water damage and prior modifications. We completely re-structured the second floor to open up the stairway and provide access to a sunroom without having to go through the bedroom!

This project involved close work with the contractor to implement difficult repairs and the trust of our client to make big changes to an old home.
