A mikveh is a ritual immersion pool in the Jewish faith. A modern “community” mikveh is a place of healing for all genders and ages that provides a space to perform rituals and celebrations around fertility, lifecycle events, becoming a grandparent, coming out, gender transition milestones, pre-marriage, conversion, pre-bar/bat mitzvah, graduation, birthdays, anniversaries, healing, and more.

A mikveh must meet strict ritual and construction standards. It is, in the truest sense of the phrase, a representation of how architecture can be imbued with meaning.
